Worked on the vaadin/flow repository to enhance build automation by introducing a configurable feature that allows the Vaadin Maven plugin to be skipped during builds. This was achieved by implementing a new parameter, vaadin.skip, which, when enabled, bypasses plugin execution and provides clear logging to indicate the action. The approach focused on improving continuous integration efficiency by reducing unnecessary build steps and streamlining log output. Leveraging Java and Groovy, along with Maven plugin development and testing skills, the work addressed the need for faster CI builds and better resource utilization, while maintaining ongoing codebase stability and clarity in build processes.
