During October 2024, Jose Luis Teran focused on strengthening the CI/CD pipeline for the SoftDevSix/Argos repository by implementing automated workflows using GitHub Actions and YAML. He designed and deployed build, test, and quality checks that enforced contribution standards through conventional commit messages, PR title validation, and branch name checks. To optimize efficiency, he refined the pull request workflow to exclude documentation branches, reducing unnecessary CI runs and accelerating feedback for developers. Although no customer-facing features were delivered, his work improved reliability, traceability, and governance in the development process, demonstrating a solid grasp of automation and continuous integration best practices.
