Joshua Brunner developed a feature for the momentum-design/momentum-design repository that enhanced the iOS Webex token output format by introducing robust gradient color parsing. He implemented a TypeScript-based solution to parse linear gradients, extract individual hex color values, and assign unique names to each gradient color, ensuring accurate cross-platform representation. This work strengthened the design token pipeline, improving consistency and reducing manual conversion efforts between platforms. Leveraging his expertise in design systems, front end development, and tokenization, Joshua’s contribution improved the design-to-code handoff process and maintained brand fidelity for iOS applications, demonstrating thoughtful attention to cross-platform design challenges.
