Developed and delivered a distraction-free monochrome coding theme, Monochromator, for the zed-industries/extensions repository, focusing on enhancing developer focus and readability. The theme introduced eight color accent variants available in both light and dark modes, supporting a wide range of user preferences and accessibility needs. The work emphasized robust theming architecture and UI/UX principles, ensuring seamless cross-mode support and maintainability for future extensions. Leveraging front end development and theme development skills, along with Git and TOML for version control and configuration, the contribution established a solid foundation for ongoing theming improvements without introducing major bugs during the development period.
