Worked on the intel/cve-bin-tool repository to deliver a no-scan mode for the CVE analysis tool, allowing users to generate product inventories or reports without performing vulnerability scans. This involved updating CLI parsing, initialization routines, output messaging, and report content to support inventory workflows. Stabilized the test suite by introducing CSAF VEX and SBOM data, refactoring test console outputs, and cleaning up temporary artifacts to ensure a reliable CI baseline. Utilized Python and JSON for development and testing, applying skills in CLI development, CI/CD, and vulnerability analysis to enhance maintainability and lay groundwork for future feature expansion.
