He identified and removed a redundant -fuse-ld=lld linker flag from linker_flags.cmake, consolidating flag management under TOOLCHAIN_LD_FLAGS to improve maintainability and reduce the risk of misconfiguration. This targeted change did not alter user-facing functionality but enhanced the clarity and future extensibility of the build process.
