Worked on the espoon-voltti/evaka repository to enhance the mobile data-entry experience and improve code maintainability. Focused on front end development using React and TypeScript, the work involved updating input fields for contact details to use email and telephone types, which enabled more accurate validation and optimized mobile keyboard layouts. This change reduced user friction and improved data accuracy during entry on mobile devices. Additionally, performed targeted code cleanup by removing an unused ValidationError import, which reduced lint errors and improved readability in the PersonalDetailsSection.tsx file, supporting a cleaner codebase for easier maintenance and faster future development cycles.
