Worked on the fihristorg/fihrist-mss repository over a two-month period, focusing on internal quality assurance and targeted data corrections. In March, contributed to the project’s testing infrastructure by validating the GitHub client workflow in Oxygen, using neutral code-comment edits and subsequent reverts to ensure pipeline stability without introducing user-facing changes. In April, addressed a data integrity issue in the BL IO Islamic dataset by correcting a misrouted person key identifier, updating mappings to prevent downstream errors. Leveraged Python and Git for version control and data manipulation, emphasizing careful documentation and traceability to support ongoing repository reliability and maintainability.
