Delivered foundational HTML scaffolding and modernized CSS to support consistent styling and enable faster feature delivery in future sprints. Introduced a test artifact to streamline local testing, enhancing development ergonomics and reducing setup friction. The work consolidated essential frontend groundwork, aligning with broader modernization goals and minimizing the need for future rework.
