Developed and delivered the Superset Theme Extension for the zed-industries/extensions repository, enabling both light and dark theme variants for the Zed Editor. The work involved frontend development and configuration management, with the extension registered as a git submodule to support independent versioning and streamlined updates. The developer exposed theme options in the extensions configuration, allowing users to select their preferred variant. Comprehensive end-to-end validation was performed using pnpm for sorting, building, and testing, as well as git diff checks to ensure reliable packaging and deployment. This feature establishes a foundation for consistent theming and smoother distribution across environments.
