Worked on the grafana/jsonnet-libs repository to deliver a targeted enhancement for Prometheus monitoring workflows. Focused on improving the stability and resource management of the Prometheus watch container, the work involved setting explicit CPU and memory resource requests and limits using Infrastructure as Code principles and Kubernetes best practices. The implementation, written in jsonnet, addressed potential resource starvation issues during periods of high load, ensuring more predictable and reliable monitoring operations. All changes were consolidated into a single, well-documented commit, maintaining clear traceability and supporting governance requirements. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with efforts concentrated on this feature.
