During November 2024, Ka Ko focused on improving the onboarding experience for open-source users of the scalableminds/webknossos repository by addressing documentation reliability. They identified and fixed an incorrect installation link in the project’s README, ensuring it directed users to the official open-source installation documentation. This update, implemented using Markdown and strong documentation practices, aimed to reduce confusion during setup and streamline the installation process for new contributors. Ka Ko maintained clear pull request traceability by referencing the relevant PR, demonstrating attention to auditability. While no new features were added, the work enhanced the accuracy and clarity of the project’s documentation.
