Developed and introduced ReGreet, a customizable greeter package for greetd, within the void-linux/void-packages repository. The work focused on expanding login customization options by defining explicit dependencies and configuring reproducible builds, ensuring maintainability and flexibility for future enhancements. Leveraging skills in Linux, shell scripting, and package management, the developer implemented the package entirely in Shell, carefully wiring build configurations to support seamless integration. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary focus remained on feature delivery. This contribution laid the groundwork for enhanced user experiences by enabling more adaptable and configurable login environments in the repository.
