Kaavy contributed frontend enhancements to the Hack4Impact-UMD/winrock-international repository, focusing on user onboarding and development workflow stability. They developed a modern login page using React, TypeScript, and CSS Modules, aligning the interface closely with provided mockups to improve the onboarding experience and visual reliability. In addition to UI work, Kaavy addressed development environment hygiene by cleaning up ESLint caches and build artifacts, which helped ensure consistent builds and smoother local development. While the work was limited in scope to two features over one month, it demonstrated attention to both user-facing polish and the underlying developer experience for future contributors.
