Implemented translations for image alt text guidance, ESLint configurations for design systems, and core accessibility principles; updated VitePress configuration to serve Japanese resources, ensuring correct localization routing and discoverability. This work supports our globalization/localization goals and enhances global usability of accessibility documentation.

February 2025: Delivered a focused documentation upgrade in the toss/frontend-fundamentals repo to improve developer understanding and onboarding.
