Developed and integrated a Google Cloud Vertex AI module within the 0xPlaygrounds/rig repository, enabling end-to-end AI workflows such as model completion and tool usage directly inside Rig. Focused on secure API integration by adding support for Google service account impersonation, which enhanced the security of automated backend processes. Improved maintainability by refactoring client creation logic, updating terminology for consistency, and addressing workspace-level dependency management. Comprehensive end-to-end tests were implemented alongside updated documentation and examples to ensure reliability and ease of adoption. The work leveraged Rust for backend development and cloud services, emphasizing robust, maintainable, and secure platform integration.
