This change, implemented using Markdown and technical writing skills, reduced potential confusion and streamlined access to support resources. The approach emphasized clarity in commit messaging and traceability by referencing the related issue, supporting maintainability and auditability. Although no new features were developed during this period, the work contributed to better user experience and more effective communication of support channels within the project.
