Worked on the webeet-io/layered-populate-data-pool-da repository to streamline access to external datasets by implementing a centralized data reference. Added a Google Drive URL file within the /bus_trams/sources directory, organizing external data resources for easier discoverability and improved onboarding of data engineers. Focused on data management practices, the approach centralized external dataset references, reducing friction for new team members and supporting consistent data access. Utilized repository management and URL file handling to create a single point of reference for external sources. The work addressed onboarding challenges and enhanced the structure of data resource documentation within the project’s codebase.
