During April 2026, contributed to the k2-fsa/sherpa-onnx repository by developing a per-stream language hint feature for Qwen3-ASR, enabling each audio stream to specify its transcription language and thereby enhancing flexibility and accuracy in multi-stream speech recognition pipelines. The work involved both C++ and Python, focusing on API development and speech recognition technologies. In addition to implementing this feature, undertook scaffold cleanup to improve code structure and maintainability, reducing future maintenance costs and supporting the evolution toward multilingual capabilities. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on delivering business value and long-term code reliability.
