Worked on enhancing deployment workflows in the openshift/installer repository by enabling single-node OpenShift deployments on the none platform using Go. Focused on infrastructure as code and platform configuration, the work involved updating the supportedSingleNodePlatform logic to include nonetypes.Name, which allowed for bootstrapless single-node installations. This approach reduced bootstrap overhead and accelerated both local development and continuous integration testing. The feature streamlined the deployment process for users requiring minimal infrastructure, addressing the need for faster and more efficient testing environments.
