This feature introduced an opt-in environment variable to enable the --deployment flag during CocoaPods pod install, allowing teams to enforce stricter pod installation constraints without custom scripts. By improving error messaging in the pod installation phase, Karmatys reduced troubleshooting time and made diagnostics more efficient. The work leveraged TypeScript and build tools expertise, with an emphasis on CI/CD best practices. These changes laid the foundation for more consistent iOS workflows and prepared the groundwork for broader adoption across repositories.
