The approach focused on improving documentation and onboarding materials, ensuring that reliability-related changes are clearly governed and easily understood by new contributors. Utilized Markdown for documentation updates and applied team management skills to coordinate the transition. The work addressed structural changes in team ownership, supporting faster code reviews and more effective incident resolution within the repository.
