July 2025 — 5dlabs/cto progressed toward production readiness with a Kubernetes-native Agent Platform and robust release automation. Key features delivered include the Agent Platform Bootstrap / Initialization with Kubernetes-native autonomous agent orchestration and Major Feature Expansion from a Basic API to a Full Platform, enabling end-to-end platform capabilities. Added the Project Intake Pipeline Workflow to streamline project onboarding, and refactored control planes for maintainability (DocsRun/CodeRun centralization and ARC runner config). Platform cleanup and MCP parameter simplification reduced complexity and prepared for scalable deployments, including removal of legacy directories and codebase cleanup. CI/CD and release improvements stabilized delivery: v-prefix release tag support, updated CI configuration (ci.yml), and in-cluster ARC runner authentication improvements, contributing to more reliable, auditable releases. The month also delivered build hardening through Dockerfile updates and code formatting, plus documentation enhancements around Task Master AI links and the project roadmap.
