Worked on adobe/react-spectrum-charts to deliver a focused enhancement for Bullet Chart hover interactions, refining the hoverable area so that only visually displayed elements respond to user input. This adjustment improved tooltip accuracy and reduced user confusion by preventing tooltips from appearing over non-visible chart elements. The approach emphasized commit-driven development with minimal code surface area, reducing the risk of regressions while targeting a specific user experience improvement. Leveraged React and TypeScript to implement the feature, applying knowledge of charting libraries and front end development patterns. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on targeted UI refinement.
