During April 2025, contributed a targeted user experience enhancement to the Sage-Bionetworks/synapse-web-monorepo by developing interactive cards for the Standards Details Page. This feature surfaces related standards and training resources, streamlining information discovery for researchers and contributors. The work involved updating SQL schemas to introduce new fields supporting links between standards and supplementary materials, and integrating these changes into the React-based frontend using TypeScript. By connecting backend data with dynamic UI components, the enhancement improved navigation and reduced time-to-information for users relying on standardized resources. The project demonstrated effective application of front end development, React, and SQL skills in a focused scope.
