Worked on the thunderbird/thunderbird-l10n repository to deliver Armenian localization for the Calendar Item Summary widget, utilizing Fluent to enhance internationalization and user experience. Initiated the migration of calendar components to Fluent, establishing a workflow that streamlines future localization efforts and reduces maintenance overhead. Focused on expanding Armenian language support, the work improved accessibility and consistency across the calendar suite. By adopting Fluent and applying localization and i18n best practices, the project laid the groundwork for broader multilingual support and more maintainable translations, aligning with the overall strategy to modernize the calendar’s user interface and support a diverse user base.
