During October 2025, KB Login enhanced the UrbanCode IBM-UCx-PLUGIN-DOCS repository by improving reliability and documentation for ZOS Plugin and ZOS ExtRepo Plugin. They implemented a retry mechanism in the ZOS Plugin’s job status retrieval process, reducing flaky status checks and minimizing manual intervention. In the ZOS ExtRepo Plugin, KB Login resolved a checksum file download issue and updated documentation to include a versioned download link, streamlining installation and upgrade processes. Their work focused on Markdown-based documentation and plugin reliability, resulting in fewer deployment failures, smoother CI/CD workflows, and clearer guidance for users managing plugin installations and updates.
