During October 2024, KDD developed and stabilized an end-to-end workflow for aggregating student-generated posts into the central bioshape-analysis/blog repository. Leveraging data engineering and management skills, KDD implemented a scalable batch merge process that consolidated multiple student submissions into a unified feed, improving data visibility and governance for user-generated scientific content. The approach established a repeatable pattern for content ingestion, supporting downstream analytics and publishing needs. Working primarily with C and PDB formats, KDD ensured traceability through multi-commit merges and chunked commits, demonstrating depth in scientific data handling and collaborative development. The work delivered nine features and addressed integration challenges.

Oct 2024: Focused on delivering end-to-end integration of student-generated posts into the central blog feed (bioshape-analysis/blog). Implemented and stabilized the Student Posts Aggregation workflow, consolidating the Oct 28 batch of submissions into a single, coherent feed. This delivered a consistent dataset for downstream features and improved visibility of student contributions. The work established a scalable pattern for batch merges and data governance around user-generated content.
