Worked on reliability and automation improvements across the Shopify/ci-queue and Shopify/dalli repositories, focusing on CI/CD workflows and diagnostics. Enhanced the bisect diagnostics in ci-queue by adjusting exit behavior to prevent false CI failures, updating tests to ensure all scenarios were validated. Upgraded core CI tooling to maintain compatibility and leverage new features. In Shopify/dalli, introduced automated benchmarking, testing, and code quality workflows using GitHub Actions, streamlining dependency updates and performance profiling. Employed Ruby, version control, and DevOps practices to standardize CI strategies across both repositories, resulting in more stable pipelines and improved onboarding for contributors and maintainers.
