Worked on enhancing KubeArmor’s runtime configurability by implementing support for untracked namespaces, focusing on atomic and thread-safe updates to security policies. Leveraged Go and Kubernetes expertise to deliver a feature that allows configuration changes to be applied at runtime, reducing downtime and manual intervention in dynamic cluster environments. The contribution to the kubearmor/KubeArmor repository included stabilizing the config watcher, ensuring reliable and performant policy updates as cluster namespaces evolve. Demonstrated strong backend development skills through collaborative, multi-author commits and coherent pull requests, resulting in improved reliability and manageability of security policies for Kubernetes clusters using DevOps best practices.
