Worked on enhancing message routing for the moltbot/moltbot repository by implementing a Telegram plugin-bound message routing feature. This update allowed plugin-bound messages in group chats to bypass mention gating, streamlining user experience while maintaining robust mention requirements for standard channel bindings. The technical approach focused on targeted changes to the Telegram routing logic, ensuring that only plugin-driven workflows benefited from the new behavior while preserving safe defaults elsewhere. Developed using TypeScript and full stack development practices, the work emphasized careful testing and context-aware routing, ultimately reducing user friction in group chats and aligning routing behavior with plugin-driven workflows.
