Over a three-month period, contributed to the ONE-F-M/one_fm repository by delivering ten features and resolving three bugs focused on HR, hiring, and workflow automation. Developed and enhanced Project Manpower Request and Employee Resignation processes, migrating workflows to the Frappe Framework and implementing dynamic UI/UX improvements using JavaScript, Python, and CSS. Strengthened data integrity and operational reliability through backend validation, SQL query optimization, and permission hardening. Automated job applicant offer flows and improved candidate engagement with magic-link communications. The work emphasized maintainability, streamlined business operations, and compliance, while supporting system migrations and database management across both backend and frontend components.
July 2026: Delivered major workflow and hiring-process improvements across ONE-F-M/one_fm that strengthen governance, accelerate HR and recruiting cycles, and improve candidate engagement. Key features and fixes include admin-permission enhancements for resignation and PMR workflows with a new database patch; migration of the resignation workflow engine to Frappé with support for custom attachment filenames; stabilized resignation state transitions (Draft → Pending Supervisor with explicit Submit for Review) and a cross-site workflow-definition sync patch to prevent skipped steps; automation of job-offer workflows for applicants (draft offer on shortlist and issuance on select); relaxed validation during shortlist saves to enable progress via magic-link flows; and automatic sending of magic links on Accepted status using existing utilities for reliability. Focused on business value, these changes reduce manual operational steps, improve regulatory/compliance alignment, speed time-to-fill and time-to-resign processes, and enhance candidate experience through timely communications and automation.
