Reactivated verbose logging within the EpiNow2 fit_model function by enabling debug-level output, making sampler progress visible for improved traceability during model runs. Updated the NEWS.md file to document these changes and ensure clear communication of feature updates. Enhanced the standard operating procedure by adding a Mermaid workflow diagram, clarifying steps for configuration generation, deployment, and data management. Leveraged R programming and Markdown for both code and documentation, applying technical writing skills to improve deployment guidance and support reproducibility across local and production environments.
