In November 2024, Khaita developed the finance receipt attachment feature for the Hack-PSU/apiv3 repository, enabling users to upload and associate receipt files with finance entries. Leveraging TypeScript and NestJS for backend development, Khaita integrated Google Cloud Storage to securely store uploaded files and generate shareable URLs. This addition improved documentation and auditability for expense tracking, addressing governance requirements and laying the foundation for future attachment enhancements. The work was delivered as a focused, production-ready commit, demonstrating depth in API and cloud storage integration. While no bugs were fixed during this period, the feature addressed a clear operational need.
