Developed dark mode UI enhancements for the chat feature in the MCPJam/inspector repository, focusing on improving accessibility and user experience in low-light environments. Leveraged React and TypeScript to implement dark-mode styling for the chat input and adjusted message text colors to ensure readability and maintain visual consistency with the product’s theming strategy. Delivered changes through two focused commits, supporting code traceability and maintainability. The work addressed the need for accessible, comfortable chat interactions by maintaining appropriate contrast in dark themes, demonstrating attention to detail in front end development and a methodical approach to incremental, maintainable feature delivery.
