During two months on the rmit-nct/hub repository, Khoa Mai Dang developed and integrated a 3D Model Viewer for GLB assets, enabling direct in-app visualization using React Three Fiber and TypeScript. He refined the UI/UX by relocating the viewer for consistency and removed redundant endpoints to streamline performance. Khoa expanded the project catalog with new Neo and hardware projects, improved data accuracy, and upgraded dependencies to support modern features and stable builds. His work combined frontend development, data management, and configuration using JavaScript, C++, and Rust, demonstrating depth in component integration, data correctness, and future-proofing the application’s technical foundation.

October 2025 (rmit-nct/hub) delivered a comprehensive catalog expansion, data correctness improvements, and dependency upgrades that collectively improve the product showcase, data reliability, and build stability. Key work includes expanding the project catalog with multiple Neo and hardware projects, refining storage console purposes and project roles, rectifying data display issues, and upgrading dependencies to enable newer features and stronger UX.

September 2025: Delivered the initial in-app 3D Model Viewer integrated into the project details page, enabling direct viewing of GLB assets within the application using React Three Fiber and Drei. Completed UI/UX refinements by removing an unused endpoint and relocating the 3D model display to the project-detail view for consistency and performance. These changes enhance the project showcase, streamline asset validation for stakeholders, and demonstrate end-to-end frontend capability from modeling to UI delivery.
