Kihoro focused on enhancing the energy feature discoverability within the home-assistant/brands repository by designing and integrating a new energy UI icon. Over the course of one month, Kihoro applied skills in UI design, graphic design, and SVG to deliver a more intuitive and visually consistent branding experience for energy-related features. The work involved creating scalable vector assets and managing their integration through asset pipelines, utilizing Git for version control. While the contribution was limited to a single feature and did not address bug fixes, the update improved the application's visual clarity and branding alignment, demonstrating depth in design and implementation.
