Worked on the kubernetes/website repository to deliver UI styling enhancements for the kubeweekly section, focusing on improving readability and user engagement. Applied CSS and SCSS to update background and text colors, as well as refine the appearance of links and form elements. Addressed a rendering bug to ensure consistent display across all kubeweekly pages, aligning updates with the existing design system for visual coherence. The work demonstrated attention to detail in front end development and UI design, emphasizing maintainability and user experience. All changes were scoped to a one-month period, with a primary focus on feature delivery and quality improvements.
