Kirandeep enhanced the rapidfort/community-images repository by delivering security-focused improvements to its CI/CD pipeline. Over the course of a month, Kirandeep implemented Docker credential management within GitHub Actions using YAML, ensuring that image build and deployment credentials are handled securely and in line with security best practices. By removing unused secrets from the workflow, Kirandeep reduced the attack surface and simplified ongoing maintenance. This work stabilized the CI/CD process, improved the reliability of image builds and deployments, and enabled more auditable releases. The project demonstrated strong skills in DevOps, CI/CD automation, and security hygiene within a containerized environment.
