Worked on the SAP/spartacus repository to improve the reliability of CDS features by addressing end-to-end test failures for the Merchandising Carousel and Profile Tag. Focused on stabilizing automated testing through refactoring of facet application logic and tightening event data validation, which reduced test flakiness and improved CI feedback. Utilized Cypress for end-to-end testing and applied expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript to align the test harness with updated event data flows. These efforts ensured that automated tests provided reliable coverage for CDS features, supporting safer deployments and contributing to the overall quality and release readiness of the codebase.
