Worked on process improvements for the Altinn/dialogporten-frontend repository by standardizing issue templates to enhance issue management and sprint planning. Focused on configuration management and issue management using YAML, the work introduced an explicit 'type' field and aligned labels across bug, epic, and user story templates. This approach improved categorization and enabled faster triage, supporting scalable development and reducing support overhead. Minor formatting corrections in the user story template further ensured accurate tracking. The changes were delivered through targeted maintenance commits, emphasizing code hygiene and cross-team collaboration, and laid the foundation for more efficient planning and clearer communication within the project.
