Koes focused on improving documentation and governance structure for the defenseunicorns/uds-cli repository during April 2025. They reorganized architectural decision records by relocating ADR files to a dedicated docs/adr directory and updated repository governance artifacts to reference licensing information more accurately. Using Markdown and leveraging skills in documentation management and project structure organization, Koes added a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md to clarify contributor expectations and aligned CODEOWNERS with licensing requirements. This work enhanced repository hygiene, reduced maintenance risk, and made onboarding easier for new contributors. The depth of changes addressed long-term maintainability, though the scope was limited to a single feature update.
