During March 2025, Jan Kowalski developed a foundational non-functional requirements framework and problem catalog for the falkowp/IWO25L repository, focusing on establishing measurable system quality attributes. Using Markdown for documentation and applying requirements analysis and engineering skills, Jan defined and detailed system non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, and security, along with a structured catalog of system problems and proposed solutions. This work provided a concrete baseline for future QA, testing, and compliance planning, enabling objective measurement and verification of quality attributes. The depth of documentation supports risk prioritization and offers clear guidance for stakeholders and ongoing system governance.
