Kor worked on stabilizing and enhancing build and CI workflows across the lowRISC/opentitan and chipsalliance/caliptra-sw repositories. For opentitan, Kor improved Bazel build system robustness by enabling non-root module compatibility, simplifying autogen rule directory handling, and ensuring deterministic labeling through Starlark and Bazel scripting. In caliptra-sw, Kor developed a Go-based command-line tool to automate artifact downloads from GitHub workflow runs, streamlining runner image updates, and fixed complex caching issues in GitHub Actions by addressing HTTP client and Azure blob storage integration. Kor’s work demonstrated depth in build system configuration, CI/CD automation, and cross-language development using Go, Rust, and Bazel.
