Worked on the RedHatProductSecurity/rapidast repository to upgrade the Trivy vulnerability scanner to version 0.59.0 within the container build pipeline. This involved updating shell scripts and YAML configuration files to synchronize CLI parameters with the new scanner version, ensuring seamless integration across build, test, and release stages. End-to-end tests were revised to validate compatibility and minimize regression risk, supporting more reliable CI/CD workflows. By leveraging containerization and security scanning expertise, the work enhanced vulnerability detection accuracy and maintained deployment stability. The focus on DevOps practices ensured that the latest Trivy features and fixes were fully utilized throughout the release process.
