Worked on stabilizing deployment workflows for the aws/bedrock-agentcore-starter-toolkit by addressing a critical issue in ECR URI parsing. Focused on cloud engineering and DevOps, the developer fixed a bug where only the last segment of the ECR repository path was extracted, which previously led to incorrect repository targeting during deployments. By updating the logic to concatenate all relevant path segments after the domain, deployments now consistently reference the correct repository, reducing the risk of mis-deployments. The solution was implemented in Python, demonstrating attention to deployment reliability and a methodical approach to resolving edge cases in cloud-based infrastructure tooling.
