Developed and integrated a comprehensive Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Questionnaire feature for the beda-software/fhir-emr repository, focusing on structured healthcare data collection and questionnaire design. Leveraging FHIR standards and YAML, the work enabled detailed capture of patient information across demographics, medical and surgical history, menstrual patterns, pain, reproductive and family history, lifestyle, and menopause symptoms. The feature was delivered as a single, traceable commit, emphasizing maintainability and auditability. By embedding this questionnaire into the patient intake workflow, the implementation improved data completeness for clinical decision-making and facilitated downstream analytics, demonstrating a methodical approach to backend feature development and healthcare interoperability.
