During March 2025, Krishna Mboodri focused on enhancing the teacher onboarding experience in the jaypatelll1/csi-aptitude-portal repository. Krishna delivered a comprehensive end-to-end refactor of the Teacher Registration flow, aligning client and server data requirements and implementing cross-layer validation to ensure data consistency. The work included a UI refresh, notably replacing the text-based password visibility toggle with an icon-based component to improve usability and accessibility. Utilizing JavaScript, React, and Node.js, Krishna’s changes improved onboarding accuracy and reduced friction for teacher accounts. The depth of the refactor demonstrated a strong grasp of both backend and frontend development principles.
