Krishna used Markdown for technical writing and documentation, ensuring clear communication of new features and platform changes. The implementation improved user onboarding and engagement by making updates more visible and accessible. While the focus was on feature delivery rather than bug fixes, the work demonstrated depth in aligning documentation with product workflows and user experience.
