Worked on the weka/csi-wekafs repository to enhance multi-client deployment workflows by introducing explicit Weka container name configuration. Leveraging Go, Kubernetes, and YAML, the developer added a driver-level option allowing operators to specify which container should be used for mounting filesystems in multi-tenant environments. This update included refining deployment and daemonset templates to support the new parameter, ensuring correct container selection and improving operational reliability. The changes streamlined deployment processes, reduced manual configuration steps, and hardened driver behavior, resulting in more predictable and maintainable filesystem mounts across clients. No bugs were fixed during this period, focusing solely on feature development.
